  First of all, I want to stress that this review is due to CINDY and ONLY Cindy, who for some reason seems to be the H.B.I.C. even though it seems she's senile/some form of mentally unstable.
  
  Everyone else at this establishment was VERY friendly, courteous, and helpful.
  
  I had to spend a week at this location, and over $500.00. Trust me, it wasnt because of the prime location or ocean view. This was out of simply needing somewhere to stay because I was inbetween moves and waiting for my new place to have the finishing touches made to it. A week was the timeline I was given from the management company. Of course, they ended up needing 1 more day, setting my arrangements back. Seeing as I paid for an entire week up front, you would think it would have been more than fine to add on an additional day, and pay for said extra day in the morning, during checkout.
  
  I thought that's how it worked anyhow, but NOT OKAY WITH CINDY/ Lucifer, Angel of darkness (I hear he takes on many different forms).
  
  Just a side note: the Friday I was there, power was lost in the area. We had no power at this establishment for at least 3 hours, but I never complained. I never even so much as asked for anything other than a couple of clean towels during my time there. Dogs + strangers coming in and out for housekeeping if I'm not there isn't a good idea.
  
  ANYWAY...
  I explained I could pay her for the additional night before checkout in the morning, but that I had to go to my bank to get the money. Mind you, I have the 2 dogs and a car loads worth of stuff in this room, so no one was trying to just dart off without paying. I would have had to leave those belongings and my 2 dogs behind while going to the bank, and that just wasn't okay with Cindy.
  
  She insisted that it "wasn't her problem" (no one said it was?), and that I needed to leave, which turned in to her calling the room AFTER AGREEING TO LEAVE BECAUSE THERE WAS JUST NO REASONING WITH HER HOSTILITY AND THREATS FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON - Like literally, as she saw me and the person i was with bringing our belongings to my car (which she made sure to tell me she could see from the front desk) and simultaneously called the room phone talking to me like I'm stupid, saying "I only see you bringing out small, little items". Uh, yeah? And? Is this illegal? We had 2 leather duffle bags, and a few other leather messenger bags/briefcases that are big enough to work as overnight bags for clothing and other personals. And again, I'm in between moves - i made that pretty clear.
  
  Within a matter of a little over an hour and 20 minutes, this woman called the room phone at LEAST 10 times. Every time I answered, and unlike her, i was being rational and reasonable. She just grew more rude, which is impressive. She insulted my maturity level while I was getting my things together because there she was again, calling the room phone for no reason, and I picked it up and hung up on her. I was trying to get my stuff together, and being harrassed every 5 minutes while listening to her yamner on was counter-productive. It was obnoxious. BUT DONT WORRY - SHE CALLED AGAIN, AND AGAIN! This time with the above noted insult, again threatened to call the police and hung up on me (but my level of maturity is in question).
  
  The police showed up as I got the last 2 items out of the room along with my dogs. I spoke with them, explaining how rude and unbelievably unprofessional she was, and they understood and could see we were leaving and not trying to cause any type of scene. That's when the contacting corporate suggestion was made. And i sure did take that advice right after we pulled out of the parking lot.
  
  RUDE, CLASSLESS, AND OBVIOUSLY HAS SOME UNDERLYING ISSUES IN HER PERSONAL LIFE - seeing as she finds it any type acceptable to treat your PAYING CUSTOMERS the way she does. How she has the job she does is beyond me. I sympathize with the other employees that have to deal with her and her insanity. Hopefully I hear from corporate within the next couple of days.
